A 45 year hotel industry veteran, Jay has managed 44 hotel renovation projects with a value over $800M in the last 10 years. He is the former Senior Vice President of Wyndham International Inc., and while at Wyndham held several different titles, including Executive Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations for the Americas Resorts Group, and Chief Procurement Officer.

Jay is also the former Senior Vice President of Operations for Interstate Hotels, leading a portfolio of 50 hotels. He has prior management experience with ITT Sheraton. Jay serves on both the boards of Florida International University School of Hospitality and the Rancho La Puerta Spa. He obtained a B.A. in Sociology from Parsons College, and a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
